	Project implemented under workplace of IHMB ZU represents a significant strengthening of the position of the prior constitution. Given the relatively short duration of action of the workplace, the implementation of these objectives the project would represent a significant shift in many areas. Active participation of leading international experts in the process of scientific research activity is a direct transfer of knowledge and practices, adaptation, which means getting equal status with similar institutes in the world. Direct view of a confrontation with a foreign expert running a practice management and various departments within IHMB ZU serve to direct negative correction, optimizing operation and subsequent implementation of research activities expected none. The benefits remain the subsequent retention in research activities in which the end of the project researchers continued IHMB ZU. IHMB ZU can be described as a work of scientific research orientation, but also ensures that teaching students in their own accredited program. Material and technical equipment of work is a precondition for the successful management of all parts of the project.
